1 lb. pork breakfast sausage
1 package crescent rolls (refrigerator type)
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
6 eggs
½ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Cook breakfast sausage, breaking it into pieces as it cooks. Drain. In a 9 x 13 in. pan, spread out the crescent roll dough (do not tear apart). Stretch the dough to cover the entire pan any patch any holes in the dough when stretching. Crumble the sausage on the crescent dough. Scramble eggs with salt, pepper, and oregano. Pour over the sausage. Cover with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375º F for 35 - 45 minutes.
