1 lb Oreo Cookies
1/2 butter melted
1 1/2 c Spanish peanuts
1/2 gallon soft vanilla ice cream

Topping
2 c powered sugar 1 1/2 c evaporated milk
2/3 c chocolate chips
1/2 c butter
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all topping ingredients and boil 8 minutes stirring constantly; cool.

Crush cookies and press into a 9x13 pan, pour melted butter over cookies. Spread peanuts over cookies. Refrigerate. When set add soft ice cream. Cover with topping and freeze overnight.
