Ingredients:  
2 cans shoepeg white corn, drained
1 can LeSeur peas, drained
1 can french cut green beans, drained
1 can mushrooms, sliced, drained
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained

Marinade:
1/4 cup salad oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
Salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put all vegetables in a large serving bowl. Heat marinade ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour marinade over vegetables and mix well. Season.

Best if left to sit in the refrigerator overnight.
