Directions:
Spread one can refried beans in the bottom of a 9 x 13 dish. In a mixer, beat cream cheese until soft and creamy (may want to have it set out for a while before using). Add about 1/2 jar of picante sauce and mix well. Spread over refried beans. Sprinkle 2 cups shredded cheese on top of cream cheese mixture. On top of cheese, layer diced onion, diced tomato, diced green pepper, and can of black olives. Refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips. It helps to let it set out just a little while before serving.
