1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 eggs, separated
1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
4 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. In medium bowl, combine milk, lemon juice, lemon rind and beaten egg yolks. Stir until mixture thickens. Pour into chilled graham cracker crust.

In medium bowl, combine egg whites and cream of tartar. Beat on high speed until peaks form. Gradually add sugar. Continue beating on medium speed until sugar is dissolve and stiff, glossy peaks form. Spread meringue over pie. Bake 12 -15 minutes until meringue is lightly browned. Serve chilled.
