1 10 oz. frozen edamame (no shells)
1 10 oz. whole kernel corn frozen
2/3 c chopped + seeded tomato
1/4 c green onion
1 Tbsp fresh parsley
1/4 c red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp Italian dressing
1/4 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Steam or cook edamame and corn - set aside-when cool add tomatoes.
Wisk together the onions, parsley, vinegar, Italian dressing and mustard.
Pour mixture over veggies and serve cold (or warm if you like). 129 cal., 3 gr fat, 74 mg sodium, 3 gr. fiber.
