Directions:
I use my 11 qt. pot and fill that about halfway with water or more depending on how many people you are feeding Add the oyster sauce, beef flavoring and lemon grass. Bring to a boil then add the beef that is thinly sliced Cook until meat is cooked then throw in the meatballs and heat through.. If adding tendon put in toward the beginning and if you're adding Quill Eggs that can get put in last.
Cook noodles in boiling water till they are soft but not super soft. Drain and I rinse mine under cold water so they don't stick together and leave off to the side. Do not add into the pot.
As far as veggies you can add in as condiments I offer the options of
Cilantro
Green onion
Bean sprout
Lime
Siracha Sauce
Soy Sauce
Hoison Sauce
