Ingredients:  
4 slices of thin sliced bacon, fried & crumbled
1/2 lb sausage, browned & crumbled (hot or mild)
1/2 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced bell pepper (I use red bell pepper)
1 or 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 large can Bush's Baked Beans (Variety of you choice)
1 1/2 cups half & half
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Fry bacon and set aside to cool. Cook sausage in bacon grease until done. Drain off excess grease. Add onion, pepper & garlic and cook till tender. Add the beans and heat until bubbly. Add half & half until soup is the thickness you like. Add salt & pepper to taste. After you put soup in bowls sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Serve hot with cornbread or rolls.
