Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. thick sliced bacon
2 bunches of green onion
Celery
Small bag of yellow potatoes
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken
Salt and pepper to taste
Minced garlic (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté chopped celery, green onion, and garlic in butter until translucent. While that's cooking, cut up bacon and brown. (I used half of the bacon in the soup, and half to put on top when we eat) Add the bacon to the celery and onions. Cut up the potatoes, I usually leave mine in pretty big chunks because when it cooks down, I still like to have chunks of potato, not just mush. Add potatoes, water, bacon, celery, and onions in a big pot and boil until the potatoes have cooked down to a chunky, soupy texture. Add cream of celery, cream of chicken and as much or as little milk as needed. Cover over low heat until done. Serve with bacon, green onions, and cheese!
