Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pkgs. of Loaded Baked Potato flavor mashed potatoes
1 large can evaporated milk
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning (or your favorite seasoning)
hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Make the mashed potatoes according to package directions in a saucepan. Over medium heat, add can of milk, cheese and enough hot water to bring to a thick cream soup consistency. Heat, stirring until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with seasoning until you like the taste.
Because the Loaded Baked Potato flavor mashed potatoes are already seasoned, I have never added salt. The Tony Chachere's adds a little kick.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a soup I made up when I was too tired to make baked potato soup. Now my grandson likes it better than any other soup in the world.
