Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 small whole chicken
1 can cream of celery soup (or cut up celery)
Baby carrots - chopped
4 cans of biscuits (I buy the 4 pack of small biscuits)
Salt, pepper, garlic to taste (I use a seasoning called Serendipity that has all of these in it)
Chicken broth
Chopped onion (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the chicken then de-bone and shred it. Put back in the water that you boiled it in. Add in your chopped carrots, celery, onion and seasonings then continue to boil until the carrots are soft. This is also when I add the soup and/or chicken broth if I use it. If I use chopped celery then I normally don't use the soup. When the carrots are soft start tearing the biscuits into small pieces and drop in the pot. Once I have all the biscuits in I usually let it simmer for 10-15 more minutes then serve.
