1 bunch broccoli
1 small onion
1/4 cup butter
1 10 oz. can cream of celery soup
1 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
3 soup cans of milk
1 can evaporated milk
12 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed

Directions:
Steam broccoli and set aside. Sauté onion in butter in small skillet. Combine soups, milk, onion, cheese and broccoli in a 4 qt. pan. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until cheese melts.
