3lb. chicken pieces (breasts and legs are best)
1/8 cup fresh chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1/8 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
4 eggs
Flour
1 pt. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Slowly fry chicken parts in butter or margarine (do not burn) then add chopped parsley, celery, carrots, onion and paprika, salt and pepper. Stirring often, cook about 5-10 minutes. Add water to cover, and simmer until chicken is fully cooked. Take chicken out and put in container to cool. Add dumplings.
Dumplings: to 4 eggs, add flour until thick. Make into dumplings with teaspoon and slide into soup. When dumplings are done, turn heat off and add sour cream. Pull chicken off bones and add to soup.
