1 Cup of Chopped Onions
1 Cup of Chopped Celery
1/2 Cup of Chopped Bell Pepper
1 Lb. White Crabmeat
1/2 Lb. Cooked Fresh Shrimp
1 1/2 Cups of Mayonnaise
Salt and Cayenne Pepper to Taste
Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
1 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs

Preheat oven to 375 º. In a large casserole dish mix all the ingredients with the exception of bread crumbs. Season to taste. Top with the Italian bread crumbs and bake for 30 minutes.
