½ stick of margarine
1 can beef consommé soup
1 c. rice
1 pk Lipton onion soup
1 soup can water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º. Rinse the pork chops then salt and pepper them on both sides. In a skillet, brown the chops on both sides in a little oil. Melt the margarine and pour into a 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle the uncooked rice over the margarine. Place the pork chops on top of the rice. Pour the beef soup over the rice. Add the dry soup mix to the empty soup can, fill it with water and pour contents over the rice. Cover the casserole with foil and bake for 1 hour.
