2 ¼ c. sugar
1 ½ T. white corn syrup
7 ½ T. water
3 egg whites
1 ½ tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except vanilla in double boiler. Cook over boiling water, beating constantly for 7 minutes. Occasionally scrape sides with rubber spatula. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Continue to beat for 1 more minute or until frosting is a good spreading consistency.
