1 15 oz crushed pineapple
1 6 oz pkg lime jello
1 1/2 c cottage cheese (in blender)
1 c chopped pecans
1 12 oz carton whipped topping
1 c coconut (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place pineapple in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add jello stirring until dissolved. Stir in cottage cheese and pecans. Fold in whipped topping. Pour in 9 x13 dish. Chill until firm.
