butter
chopped green chili
milk
grated cheese
salt
husks
rubber bands

Directions:
Directions:
Shuck corn, save husks to wrap tamales in. Cut corn off cob. Grind corn.
Melt 1 cube butter in large heavy skillet. Add corn to butter in skillet (add milk if too dry ), salt to taste. Stir continually until thick. Put large spoonful of corn on husk, tsp of chili, and grated cheese. Wrap tamale in husk, hold with rubber band. Freeze
