1 – yellow cake mix baked in a 13x9 pan according to package directions
1 – can crushed pineapple drained
1 – small box instant lemon pudding (or vanilla)
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 cup milk
1 container Cool Whip
Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Once cake has cooled completely, poke holes in cake with the handle of a wooden spoon. Spread crushed pineapple on the cake. Mix softened cream cheese, pudding mix, and milk with a mixer until smooth. Spread over the pineapple layer. Frost the cake with whipped cream and top with coconut. Chopped nuts can also be added on top.
