1 10# Brisket
2 Onions (chopped)
1 Bottle of Green Chow-Chow
Salt to Taste
½ Cup Garlic (chopped) bottled
3 Tbsp Garlic Powder
¼ Cup of Red Pepper

*Mix together ingredients for stuffing

Directions:
Directions:
Remove fat from brisket.
Cut tenderloin away from the main piece of meat.
Use seasoning mixture to stuff brisket.
Cut small pockets in brisket and stuff with seasoning mixture.
Season top of meat with salt & red pepper to your taste.
Add remaining seasoning mixture on top of meat.
Pour one small bottle of Robust Italian salad dressing over meat
Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Place brisket in pan and fill with water half way up the side of the brisket.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Cook for 2 hours
Remove foil & turn brisket over. Replenish with water.
Recover with foil & continue cooking for another 2 hours.
Cut brisket along the grain.
