1 cup sugar ¼ cup cocoa
¼ cup milk ¼ cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cocoa, milk, & butter in a medium sauce pan. Cook over high heat until it comes to a boil, boil 1 minute then remove from heat and add vanilla and stir until it thickens. This does take some time.
