8 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 ( 8 oz.) Package Cream Cheese, Place In Freezer for 30-45 Minutes Before
1 Tsp. Sugar
3/4 Tsp Dried Basil
1 Dash Salt (to taste)
1 Dash Black Pepper (to taste)
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 Cup White Wine Vinegar
1 (2oz.) Jar Diced Pimentos, Drained
3 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Parsley
3 Tbsp. Minced Green Onions
3 Garlic Cloves, Pressed
Approximately 20 Banana Pepper Rings, From Jar

Cut cheddar cheese and cream cheese into squares. Line cheeses into a semi deep dish, big enough to hold cheeses and marinade. Mix all other ingredients together to make the marinade. Pour over cheeses. Refrigerate over night. Serve with your choice of crackers and enjoy!
