Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs steak ( your choice, I use leftovers)
38 oz (2 bottle) Jack Daniel's Original NO. 7 Recipe BBQ Sauce
3 cups water
1 large boiling pot or large crock pot
Whisk

Directions:
Directions:
Chop steak into large chunks, them place all ingredients into the pot and bring to a boil.
Once it is boiling for 5 minutes, let simmer for 8 hours.
Once it has simmered for 8 hours use the whisk on the meat to shred it while still in the pot and on the heat. If the meat wont shred easily, it needs to cook longer.
Hint:
Use the whisk to pound not stir the meat. Jab at it up and down not side to side. It is much like the process when mashing potatoes with a potato masher. The meat will shred apart almost instantly. You can use this trick on chicken as well.

Personal Notes:
This is a great recipe for when you have leftover meat(s) that you may not have enough of to make another dinner out of. You can use ribs, chicken, and steaks. I love this recipe because it helps me clean out the fridge and still have a yummy meal.
