1 box pillsbury refrigerated pie crust
2 cups diced cooked turkey
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves
1 12 oz. jar roasted turkey or chicken gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Place 1 of the pie crusts on bottom and sides of 1 qrt casserole dish. In medium saucepan combine filling ingredients, bringing to a boil. Pour over crust. Top with second pie crust, seal edges and flute. Cut slits in several places. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
