1 Envelope Lipton Onion Soup
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
4 chicken breasts
1 lb potatoes cut into small chunks
2 carrots sliced
(zucchini is also good)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. In large bowl combine all ingredients, until chicken and veggies are evenly coated.
Place veggies in a 13x9 pan. Bake uncovered for 15 mintues. Stir veggies. Add chicken breasts on top of veggies. Continue to bake another 30 minutes or until done.
