Ingredients:
1 recipe of Refrigerator Rolls
Softened butter (about 1 stick)
Cinnamon
Brown sugar

Directions:
There are no measurements here because once you've made the Refrigerator Rolls, the rest is just a matter of preference for proportions.
Roll the dough into a large rectangle, spread with softened butter, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, then roll up jelly-roll style.
Slice into equal pieces, about 1" thick. Place in buttered muffin cups or squeeze together in a buttered iron skillet and bake at 375 º for 10-15 minutes.
Turn the cinnamon rolls out and top with a powdered sugar glaze or cream cheese frosting.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
If you want to make someone happy, assemble these cinnamon rolls the night before, then stick them in the fridge before baking. In the morning, allow them come to room temperature as the oven preheats, then watch your loved one's face when the smell of cinnamon and sugar takes over your kitchen as they bake.
They also freeze well, so make a batch when you have some free time and freeze after assembling but before baking. Then thaw them overnight in the fridge and proceed as above. Just allow extra time for them to come to room temperature.
