1 lb ground beef
1-1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1-1/2 c milk
3/4 c Bisquick baking mix
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Grease pie plate. Brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread into pie plate. Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth. Pour over meat in plate. Bake for 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean and until cheese melts.
