1 pound hamburger
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 can (4 oz) green chilies, drained
2 cups milk
1 1/3 cups Bisquick
4 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Lightly grease pie plate. Cook and stir hamburger and onion in skillet until beef is brown; drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix. Spread in plate; sprinkle with chilies. Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth. Pour into plate. Back 35 minutes. Top with tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 8 to 10 minutes longer. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce if desired.
