1/2 cup Onions, chopped
1/4 cup Butter
1 cup Long Grain Rice
2 cups Chicken Broth

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and butter until onions are translucent. Add long grain rice and stir. Boil chicken broth and add to rice mixture. Bake at 375º for 18 minutes.
