1 lb. Butter, Softened
1 1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
4 tsp. Black Pepper
2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Paprika
2 tsp. Crushed Rosemary
1/2 tsp. Ground Oregano
1/2 tsp. Leaf Oregano
2 tbls. Chopped Garlic
4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 c. Stock (Preferably Clam)
1 c. Beer

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine butter, cayenne pepper, black pepper, crushed red pepper, salt, paprika, rosemary, oregano, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, stock and beer. With an electric mixer on medium speed, mix together until everything is blended.

Brush on grilled steaks, poultry, fish or vegetable kebob. Great on sautéed shrimp or scallops. Makes about 4 1/3 cups spicy BBQ butter.
