3 egg whites
1 1/2 C. water
Yellow, white or lemon cake mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray tow 9" pans with non-stick spray. Mix cake mix, water, applesauce and egg white in large bowl with mixer at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at high speed. (or beat 2 minutes by hand). Pour half of the batter into each prepared pan. Bake 30-40 minutes, or until done. Cool in pan on rack, and remove. When completely cool, layer cake and frost with your favorite icing.
