1 small package Jello lemon pudding and pie filling (the cooked kind)
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Grated lemon rind from lemon

Meringue: Use the recipe on the pie filling mix package but gradually add 1 cup marshmallow creme after the other ingredients are added.

Directions:
Directions:
Follow directions on pie filling package using the above ingredients.
Top with meringue mixture and make peaks in it.
Bake 350ºF for 15 minutes.
