1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened.
1/2 c. packed brown sugar.
1/4 c. sugar.
1 tsp. vanilla extract.
1 pkg. almond brickle chips (7 1/2 oz.) or English toffee bits (10 oz.).
3 medium tart apples, cut into chunks.

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugars and vanilla. Fold in brickle chips. Serve with apples. Refrigerate any leftovers.
