2 LBS lean spare ribs
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/2 clove garlic minced.
2 TBS brown sugar
2 tsp prepared mustard
1 can tomato soup
1 TBS of Worcestershire sauce
2 TBS lemon juice or vinegar
4 drops Tabasco sauce

Directions:

Cut ribs into serving size pieces and place in a large shallow pan. Bake in a 350⁰ oven for 30 minutes. Meanwhile combine the remaining ingredients and pour 1/2 the mixture over the ribs. Cover and cook another 1-1/2 hours or until the meat is tender, basting every 20 minutes with the sauce.
