1 Box Chicken Flavor Rice-a-roni
1 can Cream Chicken Soup
1 lb. chicken (chopped, shredded, etc...)
1/2 cup mayonnaise (I sub. Greek yogurt)
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Make Rice-a-roni as directed. Prepare chicken. Mix soup, mayo, lemon juice, and curry powder. Mix chicken, rice, and sauce together. Place in 13x9 pan and top with cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

Someone made this for my family when my baby sister was born. It was a family favorite in my house growing up. Now I make it for my own kids and they ALL eat it every time. My mom used a rotisserie chicken. I usually use chicken breasts because I have them on hand all the time.
