Salad: 1 head romaine, torn
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 small red onion
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
toasted pecans

Dressing: 1 10 oz, jar seedless raspberry fruit spread
1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil

Microwave raspberry spread at LOW (30%) power until melted ( about 2 minutes). Whisk in vinegar and oil until blended. Cool. Serve at room temperature.
