Crust:
1 1/2 cup flour
1/3 stick butter
3 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup chopped peacons

Filling:
8 oz cream cheese soft
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1 carton large cool whip
2 instant chocolate pudding
2 1/2 cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter, 3 Tablespoon sugar, peacons. Spread in ungreased 9 x 13 pan and bake 15 minutes at 350º. Let cool.

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, 1/2 cartoon cool whip and spread on crust.

Mix pudding with milk; beat until creamy. Spread on top of cool whip mixture.

Add other half of cool whip and top with nuts.
