For cake:
1 box yellow cake mix
3 large bananas
4 eggs
1 c sour cream
Crumb mixture:
5 T butter, melted
1 c quick oats
1 c coconut
2/3 c packed brown sugar
2-3 oz sliced or slivered almonds or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, blend sour cream, mashed bananas and eggs until smooth. Blend in cake mix. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed (or high speed for hand mixer). In small bowl, mix together crumb mixture. Pour 1/3 batter (2 cups) into greased and floured 10" bundt pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 crumb mixture (1 cup). Repeat twice more with batter and crumb mixture ending with crumb mixture on top. Bake at 350º F for 50-60 minutes until wooden toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before removing from pan. Refrigerate to keep longer.
