"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6-8 lb ham
1/2 c orange juice
1/4 c pineapple juice
1/4 c honey
1/4 c orange marmalade
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 c dark brown sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into small saucepan. The basic components to this glaze are sweet juices and brown sugar. Feel free to experiment with the type and amount of fruit juices. You can substitute dry mustard for allspice or nutmeg.

Heat the seasoning on med high and keep whisking this mixture or it will burn. Cook until the glaze starts to thicken and bubble. You can use a wooden spoon to stir well, making sure to scrape the bottom and sides.
Turn down the heat to low and cook for 2 minutes.

Remove the glaze from heat and keep warm until ready to glaze the ham. Follow directions for baking ham on package. This glaze works best if you baste every 20 minutes and uncover for the last half hour, it creates a sweet crust.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I used this glaze on a spiral sliced ham that was already cooked. Wrap ham in foil to heat through for 20 minutes per pound on 325 degrees in shallow pan.
