1 med. Size head of cabbage
Salt and pepper
1/3 c sugar
4-5 T vinegar
2/3 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cabbage fine. Cook slowly in covered pot until tender using as little (if any) water as possible to prevent scorching. Do not overlook. Season to taste in order given with salt, pepper and 1/3 c sugar. Add vinegar and sour cream. Let stand on low heat for a few min and serve.
