1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. canned pumpkin

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Cream sugar, egg, butter, and vanilla extract in large bowl. Stir in canned pumpkin. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a separate medium size bowl. Stir dry ingredients into wet mixture. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet, allowing room for spreading. Bake 10-15 minutes.
