1 c. all purpose flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 egg
2 tbsp. melted butter or vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate medium size bowl, combine and beat wet ingredients with an electric mixer or whisk until frothy. Pour wet mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients and whisk until all lumps are gone.
Cook on a hot griddle greased with butter, using ⅓ c. of batter for each pancake, until golden brown on both sides.
