1 bag fresh spinach
DRESSING: 1/2 c sugar
1 T flour
1/2 c vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
1 T grated onion
3/4 c oil
1 T poppy seed
Crumbled bacon
Hard boiled eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredient and cook stirring all the time, over low heat until clear. Remove from heat and add the salt, paprika and onion. When cool, add oil slowly beating all the time. Add poppy seed. Garnish with crumbled bacon and hard boiled egg.
