Directions: |
Directions:Beef Flanken ribs about 3/8 inch thick (about 3 ribs per pound)
Chicken Boneless breasts or chicken tenders.
Directions for both Beef and Chicken Mix all the ingredients in the large pot. I marinate up to three days in the refrigerator, two days in a cooler. The marinade can be thrown out or boiled to make a sauce to serve with white rice. Will need to skim off the top of liquid as it boils. It is better when the sauce is reduced by half. White sticky rice is the preference to serve with Kalbi Ribs. |

Notes: Do not marinate the beef and the chicken together. The bar-b-que will be a mess when finished cooking. It is better to spray Pam on the grill before the grill gets hot.
