Ingredients:  
1 head bok Choy ( Chinese cabbage ) chopped or thinly sliced
1 bunch green onions chopped
3 T sesamee seed (can substitute sunflower kernels)
1/2 c sliced almonds
1pkg ramen noodles,without seasoning, broken up
2 T butter
Dressing ----2 T soy sauce. 3/4 c sugar. 1/4 c vinegar.
1/2 c oil

Directions:
Directions:
Saute seeds, almonds and noodles in butter. Add to veggies.
Boil the dressing ingredients for 1 min and pour on and toss.
