1 box of white cake mix
3/4 cups of crisco oil
3 eggs
1 pkg instant pistachio pudding
1 cup of 7 up or club soda
1/2 cup of cocoanut
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Icing 2 1/2 oz envelopes non dairy whipped toppings mix
1 1/2 cup milk
1 pkg of instant pistachio pudding

Mix cake and dry pudding . Add rest of the ingredients. Mix 5 min on med speed. Grease and flour 9x 13 pan. 350 for 45 min. Beat whipped topping mix, milk and pudding mix together until smooth and thick. Spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle top with 3/4 c shredded coconut mixed with 1 cup finely chopped pecans.
