2 cubes of margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine and sugar. Add eggs and blend well. Sift together flour, baking soda, cream of tarter. Add flour mixture gradually to creamed mixture. Add vanilla, chill dough. Roll dough on to floured cutting board and cut into desired shapes. Preheat oven to 425º. Bake for 6-8 mins.
