1 pkg. Pepperidge farm Wild Rice and mushroom stuffing mix
3 chicken breast halves (if large*)
¼ c. margarine
1 1/3 c. chicken broth *
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 - 8 oz. Lite Sour Cream
1 or 2 c. cooked broccoli

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken breasts until tender. Save broth and add water to make 1 1/3 c. Add rest of ingredients. Pour into 2 qt. casserole and top with bread crumbs, grated cheese, potato chips or cornflakes. Use your own choice. Bake 30-45 minutes at 350ºF.
