½ c. diced onion
2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
¼ c. brown sugar
½ c. ketchup
½ tsp. mustard
Salt & pepper
2 slices of bacon

Mix all ingredients & cook for 45-50 minutes at 350°F.
