4 lb cooked cleaned shrimp
2 c. Sliced water chestnut
1/2 c. Sliced celery
1 c. Toasted slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Cut shrimp in large pieces. Add chestnuts, onions, celery. Mix, add dressing-- refrigerate over night.

DRESSING
1 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
4 tsp curry powder
4 T soy sauce. Mix well
